Babian’s stands behind its products 100% and we want you to be equally confident in your purchase. Our manufacturer is well established and ethical in all aspects but we do know that occasionally mistakes do happen. In an effort to make customer satisfaction a number one priority, we warranty all of our products and will remedy any defects or flaws that come about in the creation of our diaper covers and inserts. We personally inspect every diaper that goes out to our customers, but in the event of an oversight, we will make it right. You can view the details of our warranty and return policy below.
Diaper Covers:
All Babian’s cloth diaper covers have a full warranty for any manufacturing defects or flaws for 6 months following purchase. Please read our care info page to learn how to clean and care for you diaper covers. Any component of the cloth diaper cover that is deemed defective will be covered under the warranty – waterproofing, elastics, lining, stiching, and snaps.
Inserts:
Babian’s gusseted inserts are too examined for defects and flaws before shipping to our customers. If however there is a problem, we provide a warranty on all bamboo-cotton and hemp inserts for a period of 1 month following purchase. Inserts must be unwashed and unused.
Proof of purchase and original owner is necessary in order to process your claim. All diaper covers and inserts will be repaired and sent to a charity for families in need and we will reissue you a new diaper and/or insert.
Please note that you must adhere to our care and cleaning instructions as negligence of these instructions can result in damage to your diaper covers and inserts.
Not Covered Under Warranty are the following:
- Shrinking in bamboo-cotton or hemp inserts (please note that many natural fibers require up to eight washes before they will be fully absorbent)
- Any neglect of care and cleaning instructions, including damage due to use of fabric softeners, bleach, detergents not meant for cloth diapers, including those with perfumes, dyes, and whiteners, vinegar, essential oils, diaper creams, washing or drying above recommended heat settings
- Modifications to diaper including removing components such as tags
- Excessive wear and tear
- Fading & pilling
